There is another way!
Over 18-years of soft tissue manipulation, I have developed a non-invasive method that reverses the pressure which causes this nerve pain. I have perfected techniques that generate healing very quickly. Once healed, I then teach you how to remain pain-free for life. As a licensed Neuromuscular Therapist and the owner of The Neuromuscular Pain Relief Center, I specialize in correcting and reversing these disc issues and relieving the pain. As a result of my work, my patients have avoided painful surgery, nerve blocks, and drugs.
So, what is wrong?
One or more of the spinal discs gets forced towards the spinal column, placing pressure on a nerve and causing pain. Symptoms can be neck pain, local back pain, pain down the leg, groin or even pain in the buttocks or feet.
Think of a jelly doughnut as the spinal disc. If you bend the jelly doughnut forward the jelly comes out the back. The same holds true with the disc between our vertebrae. And since we tend to bend forward, this disc then places pressure on the nerve, causing the pain.

"Michelle has been my Neuromuscular trained therapist for over 10 years. I have referred many patients to her over the years because she consistently provides specific therapy for herniated discs..."
-Juanita Brown, DO, P.A.
Most of the patients that we have sent Michelle have been associated with musculoskeletal pain, primarily of the spinal cord and neck region. We have had excellent results with her Neuromuscular Therapy."
-Roger Y. Murray, M.D.
"I began experiencing pain in my right hip and groin area, followed by ever
increasing numbness in my right thigh. After visiting my primary care physician,
I was referred to one of Orlando's prominent orthopedic clinics. After a couple
office visits there, x-rays, MRI, physical therapy, and anti-inflammatory drugs,
my condition did not improve very much. Fortunately, when mentioning this to a
friend who I found had a similar problem in the past, he recommended Michelle
Hamel at the Neuromuscular Pain Relief Center. After a consultation with
Michelle, and her review of my history on this matter, including radiology
reports, Michelle suggested my problem might be a bulging disc, not a hip,
groin, leg, or other area problem after all. The pain from those areas was
originating at the source of the problem, a bulging disc. During a few weeks of
soft tissue treatment by Michelle, my pain subsided and eventually was
eliminated. Michelle also guided me in establishing some continuing self help
treatment, that along with a very manageable, maintenance treatment schedule,
has prevented this pain from returning. I highly recommend Michelle Hamel to
anyone with back problems, and/or herniated, bulging, or degenerative disc
problems."
